I chose the "You consider your daily routine to be exercise" because seriously, running after a 4 year old and sometimes a 1 year old really is exercise. LOL

I chose "love it and do it all the time," but by "all the time" I mean that I do it consistently but only 3-4 days a week, not every day. On the "off" days I consider my daily routine of a short walk with the dog or walking around NYC to get wherever I'm going to be enough. I figure I'm still relatively active for a pre-tx patient, and my "on" days are pretty intense, so I try not to stress about exercise on the days I don't do gyro.

what's the difference between "hate it but do it anyway" and "hate it and hate to do it?"
